Paul Stockard Serves as President of Quality Assurance India Services and Systems (QA India). In this role he is responsible for the vision, business plans, policies and procedures of the company, and for establishing connections with business partners and clients.

Paul has 25 Years experience in IT, with his first 15 years as a programmer, systems designer and project leader. For the last 10 years his emphasis has been Quality Assurance and Testing Strategies.

Paul Is certified as a Testing Practitioner in the UK by the British Computer Society’s Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB), and in the PRINCE2 project management method by the UK Office of Government Commerce.

As both a practitioner and manager, Paul has in-depth experience in all phases of the software development life-cycle: (Requirements analysis, system design, programming, QA, and testing).
