Paul Stockard currently serves as Chairman of Quality Assurance India Services and Systems (QA India) and in this role is responsible for the vision, business plans, policies and procedures of the company, and for establishing connections with business partners and clients

Paul has 25 Years experience in IT, with his first 15 years as a programmer, systems designer and project leader, primarily on IBM mainframe projects. The last 10 years his emphasis has been Quality Assurance and Testing Strategies; he has worked on client-server and mainframe projects as Project Leader, Test Team Leader and Software Development Manager.

Paul has been certified as a Testing Practitioner in the UK by the British Computer Society’s Information Systems Examination Board, and in PRINCE2 project management method by the UK Office of Government Commerce.

He has in-depth hands-on and management experience in all phases of the software development life-cycle: (Requirements analysis, system design, programming, QA, and testing). He has software development experience in the following fields and industries: Insurance, Credit Card, Energy, Communications, Pensions, Investment Performance Measurement, Construction Finance, General Ledger and other Financial, Transportation, Medical, Cartography, Retailing, Contract Performance, and Operating Systems.

Ravinder Nikhil Singh currently serves as a Managing Director of Quality Assurance India Services and Systems. His role is to look after day to day management of the office, employees, and projects. In this capacity he ensures that client satisfaction is achieved using industry standard processes and methods. Nikhil has over seven years of experience in the IT industry, working predominantly with overseas clients.

Prior to GWT, Nikhil was Managing Director of a 100% subsidiary of a US company called Flycode Pvt. Ltd., whose business was development of peer to peer software for image and file sharing. The initial investors of the Flycode included many of the initial investors of Napster. He was assigned overall head of office, responsible for recruiting and managing a team of 25 people providing, software development in VC++ and Java, Systems administration, 24/7 Customer support, Marketing, Quality Assurance of the software and Financial processes according to US and Indian government regulations. At Flycode his responsibilities included daily communication with the CEO, CTO and VP of marketing at the US office. He also oversaw process systems ensuring delivery of top quality services and software, fostering an atmosphere of open communication and creativity.

Nikhil started his career as a developer and systems administrator specializing in Linux and Windows OS. He worked at OCI, Pune and was responsible for maintaining over 100 computers on a Windows and Linux network as well as the servers which were located in San Jose, California. He was instrumental in securing the servers and oversaw implementation of software developed in Java. Running backups and daily chronological jobs were also his responsibility.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Bombay

Satinder Singh is a founding Director of QA India Services and Systems (QA India) and currently serves as Director of Technical Services and Finance.

At QA India, Satinder is responsible for managing the technical teams of programmers and QA staff. He brings to this role his extensive experience in both software development and software testing. He is also responsible for policies and decisions related to finance.

As one of the founding directors of Global World Tech (GWT), Satinder has been responsible for the company’s primary business, the development of web applications involving complex database components. His pragmatic approach has kept the company profitable, and helped it to pass through the worldwide recession while many giants of industry were closing down. GWT is based in India, and has partners in the USA, Germany, Australia, and Japan. It has been involved in various projects from these countries, primarily in finance related projects. Before joining GWT, Satinder joined Flycode Pvt. Ltd, whose business was development of peer to peer software for image and file sharing, starting as a financial consultant. Within one year he became Head of the Finance Department. In addition to making financial decisions, he assisted US counterparts with their company policies related to commerce with India. He also continued his interest in technology by learning PHP and by developing intranet applications which tracked project status and problem resolution among various company departments.

Prior to Flycode, Satinder worked at CIS Infotech Computer Software and Systems Pvt. Ltd as a software developer where he developed an intelligent financial accounting package, a 3-language multimedia tutor for children, an inventory control system, various banking software modules, and a challenging car racing game.

Ms. Nishta (Shirley) DeLewis is an American currently living in Pune, India. She serves as Director of Staffing and Training for QA India Services and Systems (QA India).

Her 12+ years experience includes Airlines, Banking, Manufacturing, Jewellery, Petroleum, Telecommunications, Accounting, Publishing, Engineering/Construction, and Warehousing, covering both enterprise and industry specific systems.

Her primary role at QA India is to support employees in ensuring that their knowledge of testing and software process improvement methodologies is thorough, accurate and up-to-date. She utilizes her extensive industry knowledge of IEEE, CMM, TMM and years of working with the Quality Assurance Institute (U.S.). She also incorporates various corporate methodologies she has used. In her training role at QA India, Nishta utilizes her extensive hands-on experience with project and team management, requirements analysis/management, test planning, environment setup, defect management, automated test tool selection/implementation, and business process re-engineering (BPR).

While at Fujitsu Consulting, Nishta worked with clients in the capacity of sales and marketing. This included discovery of what was needed for a given project ensuring time and budget was spent on what was accurately needed. helping them

She also functions in a recruiting role ensuring highly qualified personnel for both in-house and client needs.

Nishta is a Certified Quality Analyst (CQA), a Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) and a Provisional Certified SPICE Assessor (Software Process Improvement Capability dEtermination--ISO 15504) (CPSA).

She is the founder and past chair of the Seattle Area Software Quality Assurance Group in the U.S. (www.SASQAG.org).

She has managed international software quality conferences and participated in speaking engagements at many quality events.

At Fujitsu Consulting (formerly DMR Consulting) in their Seattle, Washington office, Ms. De Lewis served as Northwest QA & Test Director for over six years.
